The most magnificent lake trip you will ever undertake is the Ruinsara Lake trip. It is located 14 kilometers from Osla at the base of Mount Kalang. It wouldn’t be incorrect to state that the main draw for hikers is Ruinsara Lake. The people who live there regard the lake as sacred.
Beautiful views of Mount Kalang, Bandar Poonch, and Swargarohini peaks can be seen from the lake. One may argue that the lake is perfect for camping. And by the time you arrive here, you’ll be experiencing other residents and getting up close and personal with nature.
Trekking to this lake can replenish your energies and present you with a plethora of fresh experiences. Please remember to bring your water bottles.

DAY 1: Dehradun to Sankri
After picking you up from Dehradun, you will move towards Sankri Village. You will reach there via Mussoorie. Following the scenic beauty path of the journey, you will reach Sankri village by evening. Breakfast and lunch will be packed. Then overnight to be spent in the guest house or tents in Sankri Village.
We have set aside this day for Taluka and Seema. Initially, you would travel from Sankri Village to Taluka. Sankri is almost 12 miles away from Taluka. After that, you will go 12 kilometers from Taluka to Seema (2260m). You will come across a variety of dense forests with pine and walnut trees. In between the journey, there are waterfalls as well.
You will travel 10 km from Seema to Intermediate camp on the third day of the tour.
You are going to start your walk after an early breakfast. There are numerous captivating waterfalls along the road, as well as dense vegetation. There are also enticing meadows scattered along the journey. It will take six to seven hours to complete the hike.
You will hike 8 kilometers to Ruinsara Tal from Intermediate Camps on this day. This tal will be reached by afternoon. The highlight of the entire adventure and the source of countless memories is the Ruinsara Tal Trek. Yamuna Kanta is a path that leads to Yamunotri and is located southwest of Ruinsara Tal. It is also regarded as a challenging hike. Similarly, the 6,387-meter-high Bandarpoonch Peak is located to the east of Ruinsara Tal. Also visible to you is the magnificent Swargarohini Range. And this is the nicest part of the journey—you will be able to explore numerous peaks around you in this way. You will spend the night in tents.
The fifth day consists of the 18-kilometer trip back to Seema from Ruinsara Tal. I’ll pack a lunch.
You’ll arrive at Seema around the end of the afternoon or evening. And there will be a tent remain for the night.
You will travel 12 km from Seema to Taluka on the final day of the trip. After that, you will travel 197 kilometers by road from Taluka to Dehradun.
You will begin your hike towards Taluka after eating breakfast there, and you should arrive by the afternoon. Next, from Dehradun to Taluka. You will arrive at Dehradun around nightfall or late evening. Thus, your journey comes to an end.
After landing at Jolly Grant Airport (20 km from the city), reach Railway Station, Dehradun.
Trains are always running from Delhi to Dehradun.
Like trains, buses can also be easily accessed from Delhi to Dehradun.
A trip on the Himalayas pick-up service will meet you at Dehradun Railway Station and then your journey will begin.

Normally Trip on Himalaya expect to carry your personal luggage on your own, if you wish to offload your backpack, you can give it to Mule.
Charges of offloading backpack:-
INR 1200/- if you make an online payment, 10 days in advance
INR 1500/- if you inform us after reaching Sankri
The backpack cannot weigh more than 11 kgs. Backpack should have waterproof cover.
Suitcases/strolleys/ bags will not be allowed.

The cost may be settled by demand draft, check deposit, or internet transfer. Your confirmation email will be delivered with payment instructions. In order for us to effectively follow up on your reservation when your transfer is complete, kindly send us a confirmation email with your transfer details.
Booking should be done at least two months in advance. However, we advise planning your vacation at least five months in advance if you want to get a decent discount on your local or international ticket. (Please get in touch with us if you need a late reservation.)

2. Prior 25 days of the confirmed date, 40% of the total amount would be refunded
3. Prior 20 days of the confirmed date, 30% of the total amount would be refunded
4. Prior 15 days of the confirmed date, 20% of the total amount would be refunded
5. Prior 10 days of the confirmed date, 10% of the total amount would be refunded
